Fantastic place to live. I have never lived in an apartment building with such helpful and friendly staff. If I email them, I never wait longer than 20 minutes for a response. I had an issue with the heat and the maintenance guy was up within the hour and was absolutely awesome. No disruption to my place or to my kitties and was very friendly. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great apartment to live here. The management and maintenance staff recognize and understand that this is a home for their residents, not just another rent cheque each month.

Love the staff! The girls have went above and beyond for us, staying late to pay rent, easy fixes in our apartment always leaving us a little treat, gifts for birthdays and special occasions, clean lobbies, quite building, great maintenance staff I could keep going! We lived here for a bit over 3 years and it was hard to leave. Thank you very much for the great stay!

I lived on the first floor for a year.I have to leave i am going in a retirement residence.
I would have stayed for the apartment is comfortable and nice. I appreciate people in the office. It is also close to shopping mall. I would recommend this place to anyone.
