He was so patient in making sure my nephew was satisfied with the height of bike seat, handle height, side wheels etc. Can't be more happy to see someone in this day and age being so diligent and nice and who cares about their clients,big and small. Toys are us is lucky to have someone like him. Kudos!

(October 24, 2018, 11:57 pm)My wife and I are expecting our first baby in Feb. so went in last night to get a crib as there is a great sale on. Store was a bit busy in baby section but as we waited our turn and browsed around, the store manager Dean came to us on more than one occasion to ensure we were looked after. Upon encountering a small issue with a special order part for crib he again came to help and far exceeded expectations...Sorry I cannot remember the ladys name in baby section behind the desk but she was also fantastic. Thank you both for all your help, you’ve made repeat customers out of us.
