I took my tire in for repair and it was done in less than 20 mins! The customer service experience was awesome, I was even more surprised when I was told my tire was repaired at no charge! Truly a wonderful experience.

Have been taking my Tahoe here for a couple years now. Very honest staff (won’t try to fix something that isn’t broken) awesome service and extremely fair on pricing. Always great service. I can always count on them for any repair or service not just tires.

Terry, Gerald and crew do a great job looking after their customers. I have had 2 flats recently and took my car in there to have them repaired. Gerald told me that both were unfixable and threw a decent used tire on for me at no extra charge. I had a new set of winter tires sitting at home that needed to be installed. All he asked was to come back when I was ready to have them installed. I did and appreciated their service. When I had the flat issue, I rolled into their shop at 5 pm on a Friday and they had me back on the road by 5:45. Pretty exceptional service for coming in just before closing time before everyone's weekend starts. Thanks again for the service and the help with my wife's tire as well( sold to me at a decent price). Highly recommend if you are looking for quick service and reasonable prices.

I had recently caught a curb with my right front tire due to ice on the road and navigating a corner to quickly with my summer tires on. The next morning I put my winter tires on and had a noticeable shake in the front end and the steering wheel. Initially I assumed it was a tire balance issue and went to another shop and had all 4 balanced. The shake continued so naturally I assumed I had broke something when I impacted the curb and looked to have an alignment. I explained to Terry from Ward that I had the tires balanced and about the accident with the tire and they checked it out. I was surprised to hear the front end parts, tie-rods, ball joints, link kit, etc. were all very good and the alignment and other work were under what I was expecting to pay. The alignment had some affect, however it still had a small shake to it. Terry assured me that the front end is always examined very well and it was not alignment and suggested we check the tire balance and if it wasn't the issue they would investigate further. It was indeed the tire balance, one was out 1.5 oz and a rear out by 1 oz . They repaired it and wished me a merry xmas, I would have been happy to pay for the balancing as it repaired the truck and I am now comfortable in the front end on ice and snow. Excellent and quick customer service. Highly recommend them for any tire needs. They were pleasent to deal with from the beginning, and unlike many other shops they don't try to take advantage of you if you don't know a lot about cars. Highly recommend this shop. Thanks for all the hard work Ward !
