This is one of the best sub places in the city. Located in a strip mall by 17 Ave SE. Nice hardworking owner who recognizes her regulars. Their satay beef is always good. They also make a variety of Vietnamese desserts and ham. You can purchase their BBQ pork frozen to take home and grill yourself to make salad rolls or a simple noodle dish. My friends recommended me this sub place. Everything was fresh for the ingredients, the ladies at the front were friendly.i had the chicken sub and sugar cane drink. Both were good.

The subs are fresh and delicious. By far the nicest business owner I have met. You will be surprised by how good the food is when you see how low the prices are.

Hubby and I have tried quite a few sub places and this one is by far the best place we have eaten. Always a great sub, very reasonably priced and outstanding and extremely friendly service!! If you love caramel custards, she makes one to die for! Cheers!
