My daughter's Atom hockey team had a party at the ClimbPark. It was incredible. There were 4 workers for 23 kids. The kids only stopped climbing when they were too tired to keep going. It was a very fun hour. As parents we were right there with the kids and there was enough room to watch the fun. It was need to see all the experienced climbers doing their thing around the gym. After the hour we had the private room which was perfect.

Overall I was blown away by the facility and the staff. Just an awesome addition to West Calgary.

Decent modern boulders, large and well equiped training section, and tall walls with lots of overhanging sections. It's possible to lead any top rope line, and the lead-only routes are plentiful. Very few slab sections though. Given how busy it is, I'm sure they could afford to crank the heat up a little bit. I have zero interest in ice climbing there.

Firstly, we had 0 orientation when we went. It definitely is a very nice gym, we bouldered and hit up the training area and had a good time. The boulders seemed to be graded pretty fair and were fun sets.

The staff weren't the friendliest but it was busy at the check-in.

Additionally, I'm not sure if we missed it somewhere or not but Top rope test is $5 and a lead test is $15. When I've already paid $20 to climb paying extra for a 5 or 10 minute test is total BS. I haven't been to any other gym that charges for Top rope or lead tests.

Excellent climbing facility for all age groups. It is located just off of highway 1, very close to COP. Nice and clean facility with change rooms and a small coffee shop. They provide training for all skill levels. There are kid friendly climbs as well with cartoon murals on the wall. We attended a kids birthday and they provided a private room for cake cutting and snacks. Overall, a very well maintained facility with knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended ????
