I love the eight different "Hear Me Raw" superfood treats she stocks in her fridge (my go to treats on the run). My favorite is the Brain Booster brownie with Earth Organics Lions Mane mushroom and the Salted Caramel Peanut Butter cups with Earth Organic Reshi mushroom. ????❤

(June 23, 2018, 4:02 am)Amazing Knowledge and compassion that Rose and Betty have. I am humbled by their kindness and how welcoming they are. After listening to what I would like to accomplish, I was recommended the products I should try and appreciated the recommendation of adding the powder to my smoothies rather than the capsules. Since I juice every morning, It was a great fit and have already lost 5lbs in 3 weeks with my new awareness of health. I'm very happy and will definitely be back again. (Items tried so far from Lotus Herbal) : Lions Maine, Liquid Lite, Mesima Mushroom Extract, Scarlet Cordyceps.
