  We listed our condo with Alexis because she was not only knowledgeable of the product but was very clear on what our expectations should be and how the market worked. Knowing that Alexis also managed a number of Condo Sales Centers gave us the confidence that she had the right support teams to get it done.   ALWAYS such an amazing experience dealing with these ladies. They are professional to deal with, listen to your needs and wants, and are easy to get ahold of. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Alexis on several occasions and each time she amazes me with her knowledge and expertise. Alexis had taken my style wants and found the most amazing house my husband and I could ask for.   We listed our home ( and purchased our new home) with Alexis after interviewing a few agents. We chose her because she listened to our needs and brought forth a thoughtful, well researched and professional plan to sell our home. She respected the fact that we had a small baby and made the multiple showings we had as stress free as possible.

  Best selling experience I have ever had! I listed my condo for sale with Alexis and sold for top dollar despite concerns I had about the resale market during these tough economic times. I was educated and informed every step of the way which gave me full confidence that I was in the best hands. She actively marketed the property and attracted the right buyer. Not only did I have an extremely positive experience, but I am better educated about the real estate market as a whole - it was so refreshing to have an agent that knows the market inside out and will tell it like it is!   As a first time home buyer, I could not have been happier with hiring Alexis to help me find a condo. I found Alexis through a referral. Alexis took the time to listen and explain things throughout my whole experience. She was very responsive whether through email, phone, or text. She is very professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and not to mention fun to work with. Alexis and her team genuinely care about their clients. I would use Alexis again for any future real estate needs.
