Mercedes-Benz Downtown Calgary

I have been dealing with Arif at Mercedes-Benz Downtown Calgary for many years now. He is attentive, accessible, and intimately knows the Mercedes product line. He is passionate about these vehicles and it shows! He has always provided me with exceptional service which is why when friends or family are looking to acquire a new MB I always direct them to him. They too have had nothing but stellar experiences!

Charlotte was so wonderful to work with from start to finish. She was attentive to what we desired in a vehicle and was knowledgeable with all of the car's functionality. The delivery of the vehicle exceeded my expectation. Michael was very thorough. You can tell the people at Downtown Mercedes take a lot of pride in their cars and customer service. We went to the other Mercedes in the city and their customer service was inferior to the Downtown location. Wonderful experience.

All aspects of my recent service visit were perfect. I got a firm, quick appointment, I discussed different service offerings, I got a quick shuttle back and forth.while the SmartCar was getting work done. The car was so clean when I picked it up and the work done was exactly what Lola had estimated. I came away with the overall imprecision that I was respected as a person and treated as an ongoing customer. I will not go to any other place in Calgary.

The Downtown location has been excellent. I dealt with Charlotte and Robin in Finance. Both have come off as very friendly and knowledgeable in terms of their products and there was never any pressure from either to purchase. Overall a great experience! Thank you so much team! I love my Ruby! :)
