I dropped a recently acquired set of winter wheels off at UrbanX to repair some curb rash and scuffing. The friendly staff greeted me right away, and I negotiated a medium-effort repair job with Jordan and agreed on a price.

I returned a few days later, and Jordan explained that he was simply not satisfied with how the first wheel had turned out, and opted to perform a much more in depth refinishing treatment for the same price. I was blown away. My wheels looked brand new.

I was extremely satisfied with all aspects of the interaction. The repairs were timely and better than I could have hoped for. I would highly recommend this business.
