They have gotten much better than a few years back with staff asking if you are ok and need help... Before it was like you didn't exist. There are still the more Mature staff that don't seem to want to give you the time of day... Hence... 4star

Everything went very well including our own bus from the airport to the resort! No other stops! Loved it. Anyways, if you need an agent who works hard stays on top of things, call and ask for her.
