Yum Yum BBQ Chicken in Southwood Corner

This is a small eat-in or take out establishment that is Korean run and fairly good.
I had the 2 piece chicken meal accompanied with the included drink of choice and fries that are seasoned in cheese seasoning.
The meal overall was pretty good but not anything special.
The good thing about this restaurant is that your meal is cooked to order and very fresh.
You could obviously tell the fries were freshly fried as well as the chicken which was very juicy with a crisp coating on the outside.
Keep in mind though this all comes with a price (yes the bill too) you have to wait around 10-15 minutes for your food, so take out and ordering ahead is a good ideas for those that are inpatient!

Been here couple of times now these past month! I've been on other Yum Yum BBQ Chicken places before, and this store here is the best so far!

Their server is friendly and extremely pleasant. She doesn't rush me and overall nice. I always order my meals on to-go and she gives me an estimated time for my order to be prepared; it gives me sufficient time to go somewhere else. Time efficiency my friends!

The food is very satisfactory too! I'm pleasantly surprise that they still do the cheese seasoning on their fries here! They serve takoyaki here too!! I love those.

Looking forward for my next visit!

Wonderful place to get Korean style chicken.

Friendly staff, and clean restaurant.

They cook on order, so it is a bit of a wait. On the other hand, the food is always fresh!

The plain chicken is plain, avoid and get either the delicious shallot, or the spicy style!

Excellent fried chicken! The pieces were fried fresh to order, with a crunchy crust that wasn't greasy. Chicken underneath was tender, flavorful, and very juicy. The fries come coated with a sweet, cheese flavor like powder which is also delicious. Prices are reasonable and a half chicken is more than enough for 1 person.
