After visiting Telus stores across the city trying to find someone to help me with getting a new phone on a corporate account, this Telus location was the most helpful and the best Telus I have ever walked into. The atmosphere of the store was so warm and welcoming. There were two individuals that help meThat day that were phenomenal. It felt like talking to a very close friend or family member and everything was done with no stress no issues and completely unbelievable customer service. Thank you team for such an overwhelming experience and I definitely recommend to anybody looking for amazing help amazing customer service and great results to visit the store.

I would like to give a review about an amazing representative by the name of Mehdi who works at the 32 ave NE Calgary Location. My Iphone had gone past it best before date and I telephoned a few places and did not get much help. Then I called Tom Harris and talked to Mehdi. He gave my clear and so much help on the phone that I said I would be there in minutes. Once I got there Mehdi greeted me at the door and gave me all the choices of new phones, the plans, what each meant and how they all worked. I truly am so grateful that he was my representative. He his knowledgeable, friendly, polite patient and is truly a great person. Go there and have the same great experience that I did.

Customer Service was fantastic. Mehdi gave a fantastic advice and experience when buying a new phone. He made sure I had the best deal possible with plans, and pricing. Very thorough. Did not feel pressured at all.

Was interested about getting a new phone and when I arrived, Joseph was super helpful and did so in a timely matter. I barely knew what I wanted but he found the perfect phone for me. Also, Hanan was a very kind lady who also knew a lot about what she was doing and was helpful to me as I had questions about a lot of things.
