Had 5 dress pants Altered here. After trying on the dress pants Kim pinned up the pants to exactly how I wanted it (went from regular to tapered/slim fit legs). They came out perfect!

I dropped off my daughter’s dress for a wedding that needed to be hemmed. We dropped it off on Tuesday, and it needed to be picked up on Thursday as we were leaving very early Friday morning to attend this wedding. The plan was for me to grab it before close on Thursday, however I was so busy that day that I completely forgot to pick it up. We realized an hour after Kim had closed, and needless to say were in a complete panic. I emailed and sent a Facebook message, praying that she would read them and we could find a way to get the dress. Well, Kim emailed me back not long after, and was so incredibly kind. She took time out of her evening to meet me to open the store to grab the dress. She truly went above and beyond, and blew me away with how willing she was to help me out, when it was absolutely all my fault and she certainly didn’t need to do that. It’s rare to find a business owner that is so selfless and willing to help, and I am so grateful to her. The workmanship was impeccable as expected based on reviews, but her kind nature makes her even more of a treasure. We will come to her for anything in the future, and I will tell everyone I know how amazing she is. 10/5 stars.
