Lisa W is incredible! Knowledgeable, patient, kind ... she explained the process of the service, what to expect in the following hours, days, weeks as well as what I could do to ensure the best results on my end!

Dr. E and his staff are always very professional with all the services I've gone in for. I was even late once and they were very accommodating. Any concerns I have, I feel they are always heard and taken care of. The clinic is very bright, clean and relaxing.

I have been going to Springbank Skin Centre for a couple of years now and have always felt comfortable and well informed of different procedures and products. There are a variety of different services and great skin products to choose from. Stephanie, Sarah and Dr. E are amazing to deal with!

Receptionist Stefanie is so helpful and caring always makes it accommodating for any patients needs or requests.
Dr.E is very attentive listener and a incredibly skilled doctor . Couldn’t ask for a better team
