I had the good fortune of learning from both Naomi and Sean at Formidable Combative Arts and Fitness, together they make a great team. Naomi is a wonderful personal trainer who always managed to put together a new and interesting workout regime. Sean is passionate about teaching people to protect themselves and is able to string techniques together in a way that is easy to retain. Both of them were incredibly supportive of my goals and I would recommend them to others.

Great atmosphere here. Very accommodating to all ages and skill levels. Not intimidating for new people and challenging for those with more experience. Excellent group and private lessons whether you're looking for physical training or self defense. Patient instructors. A great way to get to know more people and grow yourself.

Amazing people here, they truly go the extra mile to get you to your goals. No matter if it's for adult training or your children, the level of experience and commitment Sean and Naomi were able to put into teaching and developing a personalized program was outstanding.

My children get so much out of the time there, developing their mind and body. My Kids learned new skills and were able to push their own limits in a safe and professional environment.

Felt like part of a family from day one, so many places are so commercial and don't take the time to understand what is best for you and willing to take the time to customize the path to achieve my best results. The atmosphere is friendly and upbeat.

Motivation was always my weak point, they truly knew how to get the best out of me.

The term warrior culture comes naturally in this environment, the atmosphere is extremely welcoming, and motivating! Truly a blessing to find such amazing people to train with and learn from. It is a very family friendly environment for young warriors as well.
