Dianne has guided me through two pair of glasses and two pair of prescription sunglasses. I have progressive lens which can be particularity difficult to get just right, and she has nailed it every time. Also love the Nikon lens, and Maui Jim's. Very pleased return customer.

I was just at Iris and my eyeglasses kept sliding down my nose and Denise was extremely helpful and took me in right away and was very pleasant and adjusted my glasses for me last minute before I leave for my holiday. This was the second time in two years that I've seen Denyse about my eye wear and she's always accommodating. Just like the first time, I must have tried on dozens of frames before settling on the one that was right for me. Throughout the whole process she gave me honest feedback which is what I needed. She knows how glasses should fit.
It wasn't quite two years since my last eye exam and she suggested that I have it done just in case there were changes. And there were!
Before submitting my order she went into great detail to go over the options with the lenses and made sure the glasses fit well and comfortable. I travel from Calgary to see her and it's worth the trip.

We have been going to Iris Cochrane since the kids were very small so they know our names and life story by now and in fact have become part of our extended family.
