I would just like to say, I had the pleasure of taking the ford courtesy shuttle today with my girls, and the gentleman that was driving me to my location was AMAZING!! I was a little upset since I thought we had a rental from enterprise set up for me with my vehicle in the shop for the day, he honestly just turned my day around from the moment he grabbed the girls and I. We have been a ford family since growing up in Fort Mcmurray and this is a prime example as to why we stay!!

We tried getting a truck here. The salesman was very friendly at our initial meet. I didnt however like how we were bounced to another salesman whom we've never met. Wishing it was a bit more personable without feeling like we were a hot potato.

Very good and helpful staff. Chris, Gary and Derick are amazing guys. They helped me a lot to buy my new vehicle from the dealership. They dont push you for anything and very transparent with the customers. Highly recommended dealership.

Friendly staff, always ready with good advice. The current location is a little outdated. I’m told they’re moving to a new location soon. Hope it’s a lot better & with some in-house services like “Coffee-while-U-wait”.... ????????????
