(April 13, 2019, 8:39 pm)Really relaxing and interesting place. They have many different sauna/steam rooms. Stayed for 2hrs and we were feeling like jelly when we were done. We'll definitely go back for another detoxifying round ????????

(April 5, 2019, 2:01 pm)What a fun experience! So many rooms to enjoy. My only wish is that with it being my first time I had been given a tour or rundown of the place. I was with a large group though. Which seemed a lot to manage with us arriving all at once. Next time I would suggest getting there earlier than your group if your with one.

(March 22, 2019, 3:33 am)I dare you to find one thing wrong with this spa!!!!! It is absolutely AMAZING!!!!! Right from the moment you walk in you feet totally welcomed and relaxed! I HIGHLY recommend The Cave ???????????????????? The Eucalyptus Steam room was my favourite with a close runner up the Salt Steam.

(February 21, 2019, 5:29 am)Absolutely amazing place! Very European style of spa. Five small saunas and steam rooms, experience bucket shower, massage room, relax room.. Never crowded - maximum 8 persons. Best spa in Calgary area! Definitely recommend!
