  Karen is the best. I came into this class not knowing a thing about Pilates and am now hooked. The change in my body even after an hour a week is incredible. Karen takes the time to ensure you're doing each exercise correctly and that you're getting the most benefit from your practices. I can't say enough good things about Karen and Pilates Place. Not to mention the cleanliness and ambience of the studio is A+. Can't wait to move onto intermediate lessons. Thanks Karen!
