I also like that I can order something online and then pick it up in the store. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The store is clean and has easy access. Even if I just buy a small bag of nails or of little bits and bobs, I have always been treated with respect. Any hardware related questions, like how to install what I'm buying, are answered in a way that I can easily understand. One of my favorite stores in High River.

Cashier was very friendly, but the supervisor that she had to as a question to was very short with her. Did not seem like it was warranted as the cashier was training. Nice place, just need to work on supervisor professionalism
