All-Star Telescope

I discovered All-Star Telescope a few years ago. Since that time I've really been impressed with the selection of products they carry, the knowledgeable staff and customer service, both online an in person. Lovely little drive from Calgary too.

I cannot thank the folks at All-Star Telescope enough. They're always willing to help, give advice and assist with picking the right products to suit my needs. They are not only extremely knowledgeable, they are also passionate about what they do and very thoughtful in their approach. A very big Thank You to the staff!

I have been using All - Star for a few years now the service is just great. The first time I visited the shop in person was one year ago,the welcome I got made you feel at home. I have used their on line service plenty of times for plenty of gear and always proves to be fast,reliable and correct.
One week ago I visited the shop and purchased new,yet, another OAT ( oh dear another one to my collection ) unfortunately the OTA has to be returned under a warranty claim,NO fault of All - Star but a manufacture fault. the way Ken has dealt with this claim has been very professional and very helpful, Thank you Ken.
So if you are looking to find someone for all your astro gear then All - Star is highly recommended by me.

Great customer service! We bought our telescope here and were kept up to date with the status of our order and called when it was in stock (we were picking up). Were told to email them if we had any troubles as they wanted our introduction to astronomy to go smoothly and I really appreciated that!

What can I say but WOW!!!! For an off the beaten path shop this place delivers on all fronts! The staff was awesome and extremely well educated on their products. There was no big sales pitch for why a bigger scope was needed. They worked with the budget my wife and I had. The ship had been in operation for 10 years and with the level of enthusiasm I expect it to go fir many years to come! The process were on par or better than Amazon Prime plus you are supporting a local Alberta shop - these shops really are such an integral aspect to the Alberta economy. They have various nights designed for photography of the night sky and other nights for the viewing of the nights sky. George gave one of the best, if not the best, customer experiences I've ever had! Thank you all for showing what true customer service is all about!
