I had a great experience at Integrity RV, the sales staff were fantastic every step of the way. They walked us through the us of everything on the RV to make sure we were comfortable with it and the RV was ready to go when we left. They helped us set up the weight distribution hitch to make sure we were driving safe.
Once we arrived home I found a few small items that needed attention, I called them and a plan was immediately put in place to get them taken care of.
They really care about their customers and want to do their best to make sure they are looked after.

We arrived at a campground in Three Hills on Friday of long weekend and realized we had forgotten to pack the power cord for our rv. I called Integrity RV in Olds, 15 minutes before they closed and they had an adapter we could use with our extension cord in stock. Michael the General Manager very kindly waited for me to make the 45 minute drive from Three Hills, to purchase the adapter. I have nothing but gratitude for their fantastic customer service. They saved our camping trip. I would highly recommend Integrity RV to all my friends!!
