Amazing! The staff is super friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. My experiences so far were for a cleaning and an extraction of 2 top wisdom teeth. My cleaning was great! And my extraction was a good experience too. Dr. Eric talks you through every step to let you know what he is doing and what's coming next. He has his own special techniques to give you the freezing needles which is amazing. Totally distracts you so you don't even know they are going in! I was very comfortable getting my 2 teeth taken out. Even had a nice warm blanket incase I was cold. All in all I was done in 30 mins including the freezing time! Definitely recommend Mountain Oak Dental to anyone looking for a dentist or wanting to try somewhere new! You won't be disappointed!!! ???? ????'s if Google allowed. ????

Great staff and caring dentist. Most detailed cleaning ever. Eric does not make you feel guilty for having a problem or challenge with your tooth or teeth. He views imperfections as an unique journey the tooth took in its history and provides multiple options. Eric is not quick to invade a tooth to grab money from a client, unlike many dentists. He is extremely knowledgeable, liberal with his time and he displays the best human skills I have seen in the profession. He treats his staff extremely well, and they are quick to praise his work. I anticipate his practise in Okotoks will explode in growth throughout the next five years, through word of mouth (pun intended).

I've been to Mountain Oak now for a cleaning and 5 fillings (completed in two appointments) and I have absolutely nothing but positive things to say about them. The office is warm and inviting and all of the staff is so kind and caring. Eric is a phenomenal dentist; he is amazing with needles and makes sure you understand and are comfortable with every step of the process. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to answer any questions you may have. He opened his own practice to be able to provide exceptional dental work and go the extra mile for his clients; he cares and it really shows. I would absolutely recommend Mountain Oak Dental to anyone looking to switch, you won't be disappointed!

This office is amazing! All the staff are very welcoming and accommodating. The receptionist is super helpful and friendly and I love the appointment reminders she sends me. I have seen the hygienist twice now and she is hilarious. So funny and very cautious on my tender areas. Dr. Eric and his assistant are a great team and I have never felt so relaxed. He is so reassuring and I felt comfortable with my treatment. Plus I never felt any of his freezing!!! Bonus!!! I would recommend this clinic to anyone!
