Very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable staff, I saw improvement in my shoulder after just my first visit, which is very re-assuring. Several family members have been to the clinic before, and have all said similar things. Would highly recommend

I have gone in to the High River office for many injuries over the years. Each time I have had great success with recovery. I have mostly seen Bob Dunlop but have seen other physios as well. I have always been treated professionally and with great respect.
The exercises are always prescribed in an order that push me to work the body part hard enough to get it well but not so hard that I injure the body more. If I do injure the area between treatments they will ease back on the exercises to let it heal before carrying on. Each time I am given a written list of the exercises I am to do with a brief explanation and the number of reps.
I have had to contact the office between treatments and my phone calls and emails are always answered promptly. I have never felt like this was a bother.
At the end of the treatment I am handed a treatment plan for the next couple of months with new exercises and a brief description. I am always told to call if there are any problems.
I highly recommend this place of business.

I highly recommend Lifemark Sport Medicine in Okotoks. I have been treated by Bob Dunlop for a few different injuries. He is incredibly knowledgeable, skillful, and understanding. Bob provides accurate advice, direction, and patience all mixed with a great sense of humor and care. The end result has always been full recovery. I also recommend Tyler for massage therapy. Like Bob, Tyler is knowledgeable, skillful, extremely professional, and a natural communicator. Hats off to the reception staff who are welcoming and friendly.

The therapists and workers in this facility get a 5 star rating. They are professional and courteous and very friendly.
The reason for the three star rating is because the corporation that recently purchased this facility has not been responsive to my question regarding the recent significant fee increase. Any good company will promptly reply to a customer's question, no matter how difficult it is to answer.

Mike has been fantastic. He helped me get through some serious back pain. He was very attentive from the very first assessment appointment. Also had Caroline while Mike was away, she was also fantastic. Highly recommend the Okotoks team!
