Doctor Wilson has been my doctor for over 10 years and I can't imagine going to anybody else as she is phenomenal. The staff within the clinic are also phenomenal and I couldn't ask for better.

Why would anyone want to write a review on a doctor? I always went to whoever was nearest or closest. But then, I'm ex army, ex English (now proudly Canadian) and, until recently, ex cancer free.

My story stayed on November 1st with what were thought to be kidney stones and ended on December 27th having my entire right kidney removed due to a potentially cancerous tumor. Throughout the whole process, Dr Coetzee, Natalie and Nicole managed my (many) questions, tolerated my on the spot requests to be seen and in the sanctity of the Doctors office, let me fall to pieces in dignity.

They have been professionalism personified and shown such compassion that I could never say thank you enough. I cannot speak highly enough of this office and the people who work there.

The staff and the physicians at Mokala Medical are top-notch. They are kind and courteous as well as knowledgeable and professional – a hard combination to find these days!

I have been seeing my doctor at Mokala Medical clinic for the past 6-7 years, at least. I thoroughly enjoyed the office environment and the advantage of a smaller city's conveniences. My doctor has been pleasant and helpful over the years. Most recently I have tried to book an appointment to see the doctor and it seems to me that the hours have decreased since I've started doctoring at this clinic. I live in Okotoks and work in Calgary and thank goodness I have an understanding manager that offers me some flexibility or I would not be able to get an appointment at this clinic. They are only open until 3:30 from Monday to Thursday and until 2:30 on Fridays. No weekend hours and they take a lunch break on top of that. When you call on your lunch break to make an appointment you are asked to call back as they too are on a lunch break!! What kind of service is that!? My doctor has been away several long periods of time. I have seen 3 other doctors at this clinic due to the absences however I am not allowed to switch doctors. What is the point of having a family doctor and building that relationship? And people complain about Bankers Hours being so limiting - I wish I worked at this clinic as they seem to have "banker's hours' down pat! We are going to have to look for another clinic and doctor that offers a bit more flexibility for our family.
