Sam is one of the best realtors around! She is knowledgeable, proficient, efficient, professional and cares! I would certainly recommend her to anyone wanting to sell a house! She is always on time and she listens to what her clients want. She took the time to take pics at the best angle possible and gave us some friendly advice on how to showcase our home for sale. I would give Sam 10 stars. She is an absolute joy to work with.

Sam Clement helped us find a house while we were deciding to move from BC. She dedicated so much time and effort to showing us houses in person but also through FaceTime and by taking her own photos on our behalf. From the very first phone call to the time we moved in Samantha was a true professional. We had never been to Calgary so we didn't know anything about the different areas of the city. Our search took us many months to find exactly what we were looking for and her patience and perseverance found us the perfect house in the perfect location. Since we had specific requirements to fit our lifestyle, it was something of a challenge to find a place that fit all of our needs but we had the luxury of time to find exactly what we wanted. We really didn't know where we wanted to live and her flexibility and willingness to show us different areas that we thought might interest us from Okotoks to Cochrane was certainly appreciated. Being former Air Force my wife and I moved far too many times and dealt with many realtors. She was friendly, knowledgable and provided immediate response to our many questions, exactly what was needed for such an important purchase. Our experience with Samantha from our first meeting to after sale contacts was top notch and if we were to do it all over again we wouldn't change a thing.
