The Seven Seeds

A few weeks ago I was looking for a reflexologist in Cochrane, The Seven Seeds came up on my google search. Needless to say the day I met Janaia my life changed. The treatments she offers are absolutely outstanding. She will go out of her way to make sure you get all the benefit possible out of your experience. You will be so happy once you lay in her chair, wrapped up in warm blankets, pillows and essential oils. I have seen her 3 times in the past 3 weeks, she makes me feel better. When I leave her place, I also leave my stress and anxiety behind with her. I started her journaling workbook also, I can’t wait to see how much I can improve myself by writing everyday.

I had reflexology done last week with Janaia, and it was amazing!! She is so knowledgeable at what she does. The environment was warm, relaxing and welcoming. And she truly goes above and beyond to make your time there special, while customizing the experience to you! It was so interesting hearing about the different points in the feet and their connection to the rest of your body. You can tell Janaia is so passionate about what she does and really takes the time to work on any problems you may have, while being one of the sweetest most enjoyable people to talk to. The bonus is how great you feel after reflexology! Absolutely would go back and recommend to everyone.
