(May 15, 2017, 12:45 am)Made arrangements at another trailer rental company in Red Deer. Went to go pick up trailer and they had forgot I had a trailer reserved and left me high and dry. Rick at flamans came out to his shop at 9:00 at night to make sure I was takin care of. Unreal service. Great guy to deal with.
