Bubbles Car Wash & Detail Centre Windermere

On October 30th, I took my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a wash, as it started on the conveyor the Jeep developed a computer problem and locked up. It couldn’t be moved no one could figure it out. The staff was very courteous and patient but couldn’t figure it out. They called Uma Saraswat, general service manager and he came over from another location. He had done some research and was able to get the vehicle moving, but not running. It was pushed outside where Uma traced the problem and with tools and knowledge got it running normally. Cars had to be turned away while the truck sat on the conveyor. All employees had a positive attitude. Uma went above and beyond all expectations. Post would have been different 2 days ago when I originally brought my car to Bubbles. Rating went from a 2 star review to 4 star today... Brought my car back because windows, especially front window was full of streaks and they had forgotten to vacuum up the back seats. Today I arrived, the staff were very friendly, when I showed them the car, they took full responsibility and made sure it was done right this time. Natasha took the time to check in with me, she is very professional as well as caring and understanding!
I will bring my back to bubbles again, hoping I will be able to give them a 5 star review.

The team here are fantastic and my wife and I love going here for our cars. Everyone from Maja, Scott, Georgina and Savanna to the rest of the crew who do amazing work on keeping our cars clean. Again thank you for your professionalism and the attention to detail since we are very picky over our cars as well as keeping the place super clean.

I just stop by today just for basic car cleaning but the I welcomed by Nishan is just awesome.
And I don’t have words to thank Maya.
The way she great every guest is just awesome hope everyone feel special when they entered.

Great experience and customer service from the start to finish. Decided to sign up for the Unlimited wash option and couldn’t be happier with our decision. The staff at the Windermere location are professional and very helpful. Would highly recommend taking your vehicle to bubbles Windermere to all of our friends and family.

Excellent customer service as soon as the door opens to drive in for a wash. Lots of options & packages. Over all the experience & offer to drive my truck threw the wash for me was awesome. They do also offer to take your debit or credit card and use the tap feature if your disabled and have difficulty walking into the office waiting area. While in the administration/waiting area there are windows so you can watch your vehicle the whole time when it's going threw the brushes of the auto wash section. Friendly and helpful staff.
The price is fair on a basic exterior vehicle wash.
They do also hand dry with clothes and make sure your door jams are cleaned plus locks won't freeze in colder temps.
Will return again as a satisfied customer ...
