Came here to have my engagement ring remade and the experience I had from start to finish was incredible.
I was very nervous because I had a very poor experience creating my engagment ring a few years prior at a different jeweller, but Haeng was patient with me and allowed me to be a part of the design process to ensure I would be 110% satisfied with the end result.
The service and communication from the staff involved was above and beyond, and I cannot thank them enough!

Secretly buying an engagement ring was super easy with Lim. Exteremely discrete. Very helpful with questions. Very open with diamond inventory. As soon as anything was ready, I had pictures/videos in my inbox/phone within minutes.

I love their AutoCad rendering and plastic 3D printing process, as it provides confidence and opportunity for adjustments. Jamie's customer service is excellent - fast, professional, and kind.
