(September 25, 2019, 2:48 pm)Wow, super impressed with customer service and support. Staff was excellent in helping me pick the products I needed for my holiday trailer renovation. The next day I had an application question and called to book a time to get some advice. Instead, Norm insisted that he come out and look at my trailer project in person and gave me a lesson on how to proceed with repairs. I have never had a house call from anyone in the service industry before. This is customer service above and beyond. It’s so nice to know that people like this still exist in this world. So very impressed. Thanks Norm and National. 10 stars.
