Calendar Club

The staff at this location are PHENOMENAL HUMANS. Sam and Vincent helped me find the cutest calendar and were so kind to my children. Talk about professional and excellent customer service!! I will be recommending this store to all my friends.

Great deal on calendars and organization materials. Great for gifting (good quality at a decent price-point) especially when going abroad to visit friends & family. The gentleman at the store was helpful as well. Recommended!

Super friendly staff and excellent customer service. I purchased Museum Heist but when I opened it I found that it was missing the instructions and the character stickers. I called the store at 2 minutes to closed. To my surprise, Zarah answered the phone, heard my concern and provided a real solution. She let me know that she would pass on the message to her manager and would leave a note for the morning staff.
When I came in to make the exchange, the staff knew all about it and had my game ready to go. They apologized again and I was on my way. They didnt even ask to see my receipt.
I'm visiting from Vancouver and the service at every establishment we've visited has been top notch. It must be an Alberta thing.
