Dropped by this location the other day just to inquire about their ear piercing service and ended up getting the whole thing done instead. It was end of the day and I didn’t have an appointment but Jill managed to squeeze me into her busy schedule. The whole process was over in a few minutes and it was a painless experience. Jill was amazing! I was a bit nervous and hesitant to get my ears pierced because I only went in for a consultation but she was so reassuring and knowledgeable that she convinced me to just do it. I have been going to Merle Norman Southgate to get my brows waxed for more than 10 years, and have rarely had a bad experience. The staff are always kind and professional, evidenced by the number of legacy customers they know by name. Lata always does a great job on my brows, and never fails to ask about both me and my sister, who used to be a regular as well. This location is great for piercings too, on little ones and adults alike.

Always a good time at this Merle Norman location. Jill has been doing my brows for years and always does a fantastic job. Whether it’s skin care, makeup, ear piercing or waxing, she will have you looked after. :)

I got my daughters ear piercing (elder one is 6 years old, younger is 5 months old)... Lata did it for us the most humble person I have ever met... She made us so comfortable.... Will 100% recommend.. specially for infants... My elder one said she didn't even felt when the stud went in...
