The people with this company responded promptly to all queries and were quick to set up viewings. They had great rent deals on and the office staff were knowledgeable and courteous. Laura, specifically, was exceptionally helpful and pleasant to deal with. Although we didn't rent with them, the experience looking for a rental was made effortless, easy and stress free. Thank you for the good experience.

Older condo's for rent. Well maintained, upgraded, and clean on outsides. Did not go inside. Different management from when visited 30 years ago and in much better shape from that visit.

Jason and the team have always been awesome. They are quick to respond if maintenance needs to be done and always very welcoming. We have been living here for a few years now and it's a great community. Safe and affordable and close to so much. Rivervalley Townhomes team always takes the time to go the extra mile. Look forward to continuing living here for the foreseeable future :)

My roommates and I moved in here early 2021 and we settled quite nicely! Jason (the property manager) helped us in every step of the way. From the minute we found it, Jason was open and very friendly.

The pictures of the rooms were accurate, however the photos did not do the rooms justice. They were surprisingly bigger and than we thought!

It is only our first few weeks living here but we can say without a doubt that for three university students, renting here is perfect because of the price and location.
