Chappelle Gardens Villas

Moving in was a little bit of a challenge ,because the complex at the time was brand new. Lots of things that weren't right. However, since then, the management has really stepped up. Maintenance is quick, if needed. Vicky gets in touch asap. Very attentive.

What can I say other then truly what an amazing experience living at Chappelle Villas has been the last 13 months. My son and I relocated to Alberta back in 2020 from Ontario. From the moment I reached out to Vicky he was helpful, informative and honestly one of the best Property Managers I've had the privilege of dealing with. He made filling out the application process a breeze, a sometimes not such an easy task - especially when your relocating from out of province, to the day of of our arrival he answered questions, gave insight about the location and different areas of interest - again extremely helpful when your from out of province. And since then....has been fabulous, and gone out of his way to ensure our stay is nothing short of "Amazing"!! Did I mention how he is a kind, understanding and on the ball when you have an issue. Its a new build, its bound to have a few kinks which he ensures are addressed PROMPTLY and follows up to make sure that ALL issues were fixed and that everything is as it should be. But more importantly, that his tenant is still happy!

Thank you Vicky for making these last 13 months a truly memorable experience and I'm happy to call "Chappelle Villa's" my home for another year!

Great community and beautiful place to live.Management team is very professional and helpful. Maintenance crew is always there to help you out for all the issues. Would definitely recommend.

Moved to these townhouses about last year. Quality of customer service provided by Vicky from start till end was really good. We moved from out of province and vicky made sure that he answered all our questions. Helped us with setting up utilities. The gym was opened late than the promise date but Vicky kept us giving the regular updates. Thank you.

The place and the leadership is very good. Environment is very clean and the neighborhood is very safe to live in.
Grace and Viny are Very responsive in the events of need for assistance and good customer care with high quality service.
When I had a request for maintenance they are very fast in responding and doing their tasks on time.
I highly recommend this place.
