Bailey is sheltie so I was very nervous about seeing someone new as there are so many horror stories about groomers shaving them. She did Exactly what I had asked and she looks beautiful. Very friendly and her prices are awesome. We already have our next appointment booked for 6-8 weeks. Thank you so much.

Before her first visit there, it took almost a year before we brought her to see a professional groomer because of a previous traumatic experience (Luna was not the same for awhile). I informed Heather about our concerns ahead of time and she made sure Luna will have a good experience with her. Turns out she was right, and we'll keep coming back to her. I loved how Luna looks after her today's appointment. I mean, look at her :D
