The brisket is amazing, which is evident by the fact that they keep selling out every day! This is just what Edmonton needed. We also tried the smoked chicken breast which was juicy, flavourful and very tender. My kids loved it, even as we gave them leftovers for school lunch the next day!

Had a wonderful experience! Taste 100% like Texas smoke beef. Tried their brisket, chicken Smoked sandwich and wings Absolutely divine!! Can’t wait to go back again. And my one year old loved the macaroni 🧀 cheese! Superb everything for everyone!

Pretty slow service but understandable since it is new. I had the "dip" which there wasn't enough of, and they advertise cheddar on the bun, but is was a slice of processed cheese. If you pay what I consider a premium price you should receive premium product. The food was good just not great. I probably won't return.

Two experiences so far. I knew they had had a 'soft' opening a couple of weeks ago, but I went by on their official Opening Day last week to be greeted by a "Sold Out" sign by 6 pm. Not a great display of planning, but hey, it was their first day, so I cut them some slack. I went again yesterday, at 4:30 pm. and had to wait about 15 minutes just to get to the front of the line to ORDER. While the brisket was tender and tasty and the beans were good, they were already out of mac and cheese. I am a former banker and have had many restaurants as clients, and one of the surest ways to go broke is to have an inefficient service delivery system. You can't have one young and inexperienced ( they're ALL inexperienced, the place is new, I get it) trying to take orders, put 'to go' plates together, cut brisket, cut turkey, weigh the portions and then move to the next person in line to repeat. In my opinion, they need a much bigger food prep station with at least three people cutting meat and prepping plates, with at least one person solely dedicated to taking the orders and getting them into the system. I know, it's easy for me to cut someone else's payroll cheques, but I can't believe THIS is the food delivery system that Dickey's International has set up for their outlets. I love good barbecue and I'm willing to give them some time to adapt, but if they don't, this place is doomed to become a short term fad. They are obviously catering to the 'takeout' crowd and people aren't going to want to wait in line 30-45 minutes in peak times for their dinners, not to mention the store not preparing enough food to handle the demands. 4.5 Stars for the food. 1 Star for service.

Wonderful selection of smoked meats. Sides were all really good. Haven't tried sandwiches yet. Maybe next time. Beef brisket was very good and so was marinated chicken breast.
Great service. The place was packed for dinner. It's a fast food kind of a bbq place. Must try.
