Always going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. 10/10 I highly recommend to everyone for all their hearing needs, great selection and supply of hearing aids and accessories, and can help with many different budgets. I travel 2 hours just to see norm because the service and treatment I receive are worth the drive compared to other places.

Always greet you with a smile and answer as many questions and repeat as many steps as they need to in order to give you the best possible experience. Norm is a patient individual, and very lovely to deal with. Would 100% recommend!
