He has tons of tricks up his sleeve for creative financing and setting a person up for wealth and a smart future, investor or not.
I appreciated him taking the time and having the knowledge to be able to communicate information/numbers so that I thoroughly understood as well as his follow up after the deals were done.
Being truly grateful for my experience gained just from dealing with Shaune, I will refer him to everyone I know looking to get a mortgage, do private lending, or even educated real estate advice etc. 11/10!
