The Floorcoat team were great to work with. The initial site visits with Roy and Jordan explaining and making a plan gave us a clear picture as to what to expect. The team worked hard during the install. They were professional, communicated any delays, persevered through some unseen challenges, cleaned up their work area at the end of the day, and were overall great to work with. I hired Floor Coat Inc. to install a polyaspartic coating on my 7 years old garage floor. For personal reasons, I had a tight schedule and asked Roy if he could do the work quickly. He listened to me and understood why that was so important. Once we agreed on the scope and price, I hurried to empty my garage of it's contents (I rented a truck, it was a great idea) and then Roy's team showed up on time.
The prep work is usually the most important part of a job and I watched his crew grind and prep the floor and grade beam, which was very rough in places. They put up poly sheets to cover my workbench and other areas from getting dusted. The guys doing the work were friendly, accommodating and helpful. They were great to talk to about the job and that gave me confidence in them immediately. I did a two-colour floor to identify the workshop from the rest of the garage, which was a great idea.
I would not hesitate to recommend these guys. Every aspect of my dealings with the Floor Coat owners and team was professional and friendly.
