(February 2, 2018, 7:56 pm)For the most part I have had no bad experiences, however this last week the delivery driver delivered my packages to another address. Thankful that I know that person who received my packages otherwise they would have been lost. I called Western Dispatch and was informed the regular driver was off sick and their was a new driver. She however didn't seem to be to interested in the issue of the packages going to a wrong address. Hopefully this doesn't happen again
