Had the pleasure of speaking with Kerri P., when I had an issue with my purchase. She was so nice, quick and helpful. Can't say enough good things about the interaction. It seems rare these days to speak with a genuine and caring person but Kerri was a breath of fresh air. Will repeat business with the Brick again.

Spoke with Daniel in customer service chat. Seemed to care and didn’t try to blame or question me for what happened during a bad delivery experience. Obviously well trained on customer service. Good quick honest response.
