My mom is stable and doing better. It is all due to your best professional judgements and providing the right care, that she requires.

I would also like to say thank you to Joy, without your help it is not possible to receive the timely appointments, sending proscriptions promptly to the pharmacy and then making sure that pharmacy has received the prescriptions.

The admin staff (Sheri Rae in particular) went ABOVE & BEYOND what I would expect anywhere in accommodating my appointments and unique personal situation. I do not hand out complements like this freely, since most people/places use mediocrity as the benchmark for their "version of good customer service".
