Wallace Shoes

Our shoes were repaired with great care and are almost like brand new. Although the repair took longer than expected, we recognize the expertise and skill that such an industry demands. We are happy to know that our investments will continue to pay off for many years to come.

I heard a rumour that the owner had some health complications that may have caused some slower than usual service over the past few months. My experience was ok, although the work I asked to be done was not done on the lair of shoes I left, which seemed like a communication issue that maybe is partly my fault. I’ll use them again, but this was strike-1 for me.

The work done at Wallace Shoes was great. I brought in a pair of high end Nike athletic shoes to be resoled and the work was excellent. The only reason I am giving this rating as 4 stars is because of how long it took. When I dropped off my shoes I was told that over the weekend they would be completed. I returned after the weekend and he said to come back later that day. I came back later that day and he said to come back tomorrow. I came back the next day and he told me to wait a few days. Other than that the quality of work was great and I love my new soles.
