The team at Element Technologies has worked with us for years, and have provided us with the best IT service we have ever experienced.
Everything just works, they are always available if any issues arise, and they've been instrumental in ensuring we're up to date with changing tech and using it to work smarter, not harder!

Element Technologies is the best IT company I have had the pleasure of working with. The guidance and attention to detail when making IT decisions is exactly the support and partner our business needed. The call center is quick to help, direction and support for new technology is leading in the industry, and the team made the process simple. We felt confident in the decisions, knowledge and support we have from them Element Technologies.

    Great Company to work with!

Western Dispatch is a small locally owned Courier business established in 1981 and the technology side of our business has changed dramatically over the years with more demands for reliability, ease of access and transparency of our services offered. Today our business relies heavily on Technology to give top quality service to our clients. We have worked with Jason/Element Technologies Ltd. for the past 8 years. They have given prompt service when needed. Element Technologies have replaced two of our servers, over the years, flawlessly with no interruptions to our network. We started using their services back in 2012 as on demand only because we had limited in house IT support, but recently they have transferred all our Network system monitoring to them full time. Jason has been instrumental in helping us improve our Computer Network system as our business has grown over the years. Jason's knowledge of the workings of third partly software is great when we have issues with them. They also had foresight earlier this year in early March 2020 to make sure our system could accommodate all staff working from home because of Covid-19. With 2 days after lockdown I had all my staff up and run from their homes. Whether you need part time or full time IT support on your Computer network system I recommend Element Technologies Ltd.

Thank You Jason for you great service.
