I went to the staples store # 142...on 6510-Gateway Blvd. to do shopping today. I received excellent customer service from one of your staff members by the name James. He gave me many useful suggestions how to choose my merchandise that I was looking for. I found him to be resourceful, very knowledgeable of the stock in your store and professional. He was very helpful and gave me 2-3 options how to choose the right product. I am grateful for his customer service, I want to thank James' supervisors, managers for training him well and helping him to be one of your hardworking staff members.
