Big Hearts First Aid - West Edmonton Training Facility

Big Hearts First Aid made it so easy to get my First Aid and CPR-C Training with AED. The blended (online and live) learning style was perfect for those with a busy schedule and accommodates those who need more or less time to understand the material. Lindsay was a fantastic, engaging instructor whose use of real-life examples taught me new information (even after having taken the course before). The equipment used was high quality and gave life feedback and I feel more confident to be able to prepare and aid for an emergency.

Very knowledgeable instructor. The new blended online / class format is a bit plus. Definitely recommend if you need your first aid.

Great instructor. Good pace and teaching style while maintaining a professional, yet approachable atmosphere throughout the class. Answered any questions we had and had very good examples and experiences to supplement the material.

My instructor Leah was awesome! She kept the day interesting and fun, was super helpful with all my questions, and had a great attitude the whole time. I especially liked that I was able to book a blended course allowing me to do half online, which worked great with my schedule. Will definitely book with Big Hearts again when I need to do my re-cert!
