I went in to this location (Store 6651) to get some account changes made, as well as possibly switching to a better contract. I was lucky enough to get great help from Duong. He was very helpful and answered everything I asked, as well as took care of my account needs.
I was able to get a better plan for less and also saved on a new phone as well as a trade in, with zero headaches. Duong really was knowledgeable about any phone questions I had as well as helped customize the new phone to be tailored to the way I like the phone setup. He showed me a lot of features and things an old android guy wouldn't know in years.
Really happy with the help I got. All the staff in there were doing really well helping all the other customers and zero waiting.
Over the years I've spent money here on and off and multiple phones, but this time really was a time I felt a store really deserved a 5 star review, and I'm not the kind of guy to review stuff, so I'll leave you with that.
