Refresh Home Staging & Redesign

We used Refresh Home Staging both for staging for the sale of our house as well as design consultations for the new house. For the sale, Josie gave us suggestions for home repairs and paint colors to improve the look and feel of our home. She also spent numerous hours staging the home before it was listed. I'm sure it was because of Josie's great ideas, the listing photos turned out amazing and the house went pending in 3 days. For the new house, Josie was super knowledgeable about improvements that would increase our home's value as well as design choices that would be timeless. She is meticulous in her color suggestions, making sure that each color fits perfectly in the space and in any light. I'm repainting the front door as I write this lol. Would definitely recommend!

Josie is amazing at what she does! I used her for staging when selling my home. Not only does she have an amazing eye for rearranging a room, she finds a great balance of using items you have already for that personal feel, but also introducing new items to make things look fresh and in style.
