Easy to use PMS, very cost-effective software. I have been using the system for almost 10 years across a multi-property portfolio. Premier edition is SQL friendly and has very responsive Canadian support in Edmonton office. Greg and Trina are always very helpful with any technical or reporting requests. RoomMaster tends to be more challenging to integrate with, especially for the smaller tech players. They developed solid integration with many main players like TravelClick or Revinate. Their TravelClick connection lacks group functionality, so it doesn't properly interface group blocking information, and group reservations cannot get delivered into a group block in RoomMaster, which is very limiting. Other then that, it's been a very reliable platform.
